Haidilao Hot Pot Irvine

Good was great- there are so many options to choose from! I love making my sauce at the buffet bar and dipping everything in it! Our server was awesome and so on top of things. It was a fun time with friends with good food and great service

Finally came here for my first time! This place did NOT disappoint. I'll be honest, my hot pot knowledge is a bit limited when it comes to Chinese hot pot (I'm usually used to Japanese shabu shabu). Service - Really helped us with explaining everything. It was super easy to understand. And to add, small things like complimentary snacks while waiting and inside too, the bibs, the hair ties for those with long hair, the gloves, the mints - they all add up to such a great experience! Food - Such great quality of meats and seafood! The broths were also all delicious. Ambiance - For how famous it is, we surprisingly didn't wait long. Granted, we had a reservation, but those who were walking in didn't seem to need to wait long either. Parking is the hard part because the area it's in has SO many great food spots! Can't wait to come back!

I visited this place with my family and we opted for the promotional meal, which was $19.99 for unlimited orders of five selected meats. The service was excellent; the staff was incredibly friendly and supportive. The meat was fresh, and the dessert and sauce counter was well-maintained, offering a variety of snacks and ingredients to customize our own sauces. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had an amazing dining experience at Haidilao! The service was outstanding — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. The hotpot ingredients were fresh and of great quality, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I especially loved the flavorful broths and the delicious dipping sauces. The atmosphere was lively yet cozy, and the little thoughtful details, like snacks and entertainment while waiting, made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Definitely one of the best hotpot restaurants I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend!

We went in New Years and it was sooo good Best experience ever This was my first in a hotpot so I might be biased about it, but still had so much fun and enjoyed the food as well :)

Out of all the hotpot spots, this is by far one of my favorites, all the ingredients taste fresh and delicious and the services were amazing. There are many bases you can choose from, and the atmosphere is vibrant, if you are here for birthday, the employees will do a celebration for you by request. I would 100% recommend this if you want a great hotpot experience.

Super good!!! Our waiter Bella was so amazing and was always checking in on us. The food was super tasty with lots of options too We will definitely be coming back.
